POSITION DESCRIPTION
Coordinate the warehouse logistics for 4 BUs
Managing the day to day operation
Make sure the different parts are still viable and ready for use
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Integrate and centralize current different business units’ warehouse management from whole aspects, including the layout of the warehouse, business and personnel management etc
Lead and supervise the various warehouse function team, review warehouse personnel regularly to assess performance and give feedback for improvements and efficiency
Drive warehousing activities to maintain a high level of delivery capability to production and ensure internal material flow in an efficient and smooth way
Responsible for inventory management, this including perform routine cycle counting of all inventory items and making the appropriate inventory adjustments, insure inventory integrity as to quantities and accurate part numbering in the warehouse, responsible for inventory disposition
Ensure correct warehouse procedures are written and followed and modify them as required when situation change.eg. Receiving, storage, material delivery to production department, stock material protection etc
Responsible for Research, analyze and implement methods of increasing productivity, including efficient space utilization, mechanical devices and human resources and maintain a good 5S environment
Coordinate and work with other functions to insure functions between departments operate efficiently and smoothly
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
College degree or above in Logistics or warehouse management equivalent majors
Over 5 years of working experience in warehouse and material management in the managerial role in an industrial / metal machinery company
Lean warehouse professional management experience
Be familiar with MRP operations system and warehousing module in SAP
Be proficient in Microsoft office software
Good communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of Mechanical and Electronic parts Management will be advantages
Can working in English very smoothly
