Our client is a major player in the property development, investment and management business. It has expanded significantly to become a group comprising more than 30 subsidiaries, with involvement in every facet of the real estate business.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Senior Complex Manager will be responsible for a 360,000 sq. ft. nett lettable area retail mall, comprising of 5 floors Retail and 3 floors Podium Carpark. The mall is expected to be completed by end of 2014.

The Senior Complex Manager will report to the General Manager and 4 direct reports.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the overall management of the mall through effective management of its daily operations to contribute to the profitability of the business.

Manage the over-all operational concerns of the mall including its physical management, safety and security, housekeeping, maintenance of the building and equipment.

Good relations with all departments within the Mall especially to Leasing for profit generation.

Responsible for increasing mall traffic through effective marketing events

Provide leadership to the technical & operational staff in the Mall to achieve optimum performance & efficiency.

Provide superior service by attending to complaints & suggestions of the tenants in order to achieve high level of satisfaction.

Ensure Mall Operations is operating within the budget.

Perform other tasks to keep the mall running smoothly.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree

At least 10 years experience in Mall Operations Building, Facilities and Equipment Maintenance; Tenant Relations Management; Security and Safety Management;Property Management and Administration

Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

High level of integrity
