Our client is US based multinational specialty chemical manufacturing company; it provides reliable, value-added products and services to thousands of customers in a wide range of industries. They have two operating segments, one that provides specialty chemicals, materials and formulation technologies, and another one that produces specialty construction materials, systems and services that strengthen, enhance and protect structures.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The incumbent will report directly to the Sales Manager – Cement, this position will be dealing with customers from Cement industry.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Promote good customer relations by provision of technical support and service

Identify, create and develop sales opportunities and demands for cement products in Indonesia

Provide new and existing customers with technical advice and recommendations for proper application of Grace products

Conduct market surveys and participate in planning and forecasting existing product line and new product developments

Establish technical credibility with customers at all levels

Submit monthly reports to support ongoing review of operation successto meet establish marketing goals,

Assist supervisor in the preparation of management report, annual budgets, marketing strategies and programs

Perform such other duties which may be assigned by supervisor

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

2 – 3 years of relevant experience in cement plant

Understand cement mill process well

Willing to conduct cement mill trials and travel on a frequent basis within the country

Have experience in “hands-on” product application and troubleshooting activity

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong networking and  influencing ability

Be a solid team player with well developed, cross-cultural skills

Possess a positive attitude to the achievement of business objectives and be self-confident

Have a good command of both written and oral English

Demonstrate computer literacy in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
