Prepares production reports

Production planning experience and coordinating the work with the quality, warehouse, logistic, purchasing and general management.

Analyzes production specifications to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.

May prepare lists of required materials, tools, and equipment.

Managing high level of productions ( SPP 2014 was 900.000 units)

Forecasts the future need of certain items in order to increase or decrease production levels accordingly

Manage 100 workers, plan and schedule production and activities and supervises production timelines of the organization.

Works well with managers to execute rules and regulations of the company.

Communicates with production supervisors and managers so that everyone will know what production goals need to be met

Analyzes and interprets construction bills of material, scopes, specifications, etc., to determine the content & plan manageable work elements

Working closely with supervisors, operators, maintenance and support functions to improve manufacturing performance

REQUIRED/BASIC:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related

Knowledge of “bill of material”

Knowledge of ERP/MRP and preferable experience with AX management system

Preferable experience within the pumps industry

Team building & strong communication skills

Fluent in English
