POSITION DESCRIPTION
QAQC Manager support local operations (i.e.: supply chain, production, maintenance) to ensure Quality System requirements (ISO, GMP, etc.) are maintained throughout the local value chain.
Report directly to General Manager, Indonesia and functionally to Regional QA Manager, APAC on all deviations, milestones and improvement activities.
They educate and coach operations personnel on the criticality of GMP activities, ensure that site procedures are enforced and give guidance to local management of best practices.
They represent local QM on site work teams and operational team meetings to support operational efforts and ensure quality is built into the products throughout the operation.
The QAQC Manager will support and coordinate efforts within the DNP business unit to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the local site Quality Management System. These efforts will include the preparation of policies, procedure and work instructions to support GMP activities. These activities will require the understanding of site, regional and global IT systems, organizational structures, local and regional work processes.
The QAQC Manager will have competencies in current production technology and be capable of making recommendations for technological improvements. They will provide recommendations for “best practices” and ensure follow-thru and verifications are complete as appropriate.
The QAQC Manager may need to communicate with the Regional /Global Quality/Manufacturing organization to ensure alignment of processes and system. These communication activities will require diplomacy and “can do” attitude that promotes critical and creative solutions.
He/She will have a thorough understanding of ISO, Feed, Food, Pharma quality standards and regulations and the interfaces with the local work processes.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

QAQC Manager will participate, support and/or conduct
Batch record reviews
Auditing: Internal; External Suppliers
Register in CCR and lead team to investigate product complaint.
Deviation reporting & investigation, root cause & corrective actions using the
Global tool Trackwise.
Qualification & Validation (Homogeneity & Carry Over)
Training courses (i.e. GMP, SOP)
Incoming raw material and Premix qualification/checks and release.
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) preparation, training and implementing
Knowledge of: ISO, Feed/ Food, Dietary Supplement, Pharma standards
Certification preparation of ISO9001, ISO22000, FAMI-QS, GMP, HACCP etc
Project management activities
Work team and operational team meetings in support of operations
Kosher and Halal activities
Product stability testing programs
Annual product review
Customer quality agreement preparation
Third Party Raw Material Management
Incorporate ANH QA Global Quality Requirement in to local procedures/policies and implement
Ensure all the changes are evaluated by an MOC (Management of Change) procedure
Manages the Laboratory and undertakes QC analysis, has ownership of the entire QA process in ANH

Core member of the Indonesia Premix Plant Set Up Project Team
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Academic background, master or equivalent education in chemistry, biology or engineering
At least 5-8 years of experience on QA/QC with at least 3 years laboratory management in related industry
Proficient in English (Write, read, speak)
Proficient with Windows, Excel, Words, Powerpoint
Knowledge on ISO9001, GMP, HACCP
Strong data analysis skill, familiarity on sampling plan
Quality audit skill, including supplier audit, ISO audit etc
Good communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with production and related function team
Ability to work on various high
Knowledge of Chemistry and/or engineering and/or biology
Knowledge of Kosher/Halal rules
Knowledge in GMP (Feed; Food; Excipient, Dietary Supplement and ICH Q7)
Operational and Quality Assurance experience in a technical position in the life science manufacturing industry (working in a QA- or QC- environment).
Experience in project management
Experience in problem solving and decision making on quality and technical issues.
Experience with communicating to site management and dealing diplomatically with external customers and rabbis.
Understanding DNP and customer requirements for feed, food, Pharma and cosmetic markets.
