Role:

SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER

Purpose:

The Senior Project Engineer reports direct and work with the Project Manager to executive the projects according to the strict deadlines given and ensuring budgets are kept in check. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of the technical core team, project team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to the plan.

Qualification:

"    Bachelors/Masters of Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and/or other relevant discipline

Experience & Technical Competencies:

"    Extensive significant years of working experience in the Extraction and Mineral Processing (cement, steel, mining etc) sector within MNC business environments
"    Several years of project management experience is required
"    Proven track record demonstrating competency in execution of multiple large projects, developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business issues
"    General knowledge of investment practices
"    In-depth understanding of local business culture including administrative processes

Languages:

"    Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
