POSITION DESCRIPTION
Department : Human Capital & GA
Reports To : Group Managing Director
Human Capital
Develops, direct and coordinates the policies and implementations of Human Capital activities with details as follows:
Employment (recruitment, induction, etc.)
Compensation & Benefit
Training & Development
Industrial Relation
Organizational Development (HR SOP, HR Policy, HR Memos)
General Affairs :
Develops, direct and coordinates the policies and implementations of General Affair’s activities with details as follows:
General Services (office equipment/ stationary, office rental, vehicle lease, etc.)
Assets management (support/maintenance of all Company Properties)
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the Employment systems (plan, recruit, interviews, tests, and select employees to fill vacant position as approved in the budget),
Plans and conducts new employee orientation foster positive attitude toward Company goals,
Prepare and maintain Employment budget (recruitment budget)
Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan,
Prepare and Maintain Compensation & Benefit Budget
Employee Performance Appraisal (Employee competencies)
Training Need Analysis
Yearly training program
Development side (new regulation, policy, assessment, performance appraisal system, etc.)
Prepare and Maintain Training & Development Budget
Company regulation
Punish and reward system
Maintain good relationship to Manpower Department
Weekly/ Monthly employee short meeting
Prepare and Maintain Industrial Relation Budget (include Legal Fee for HR-Expat Work Permit)
