Our client is the first Indonesian LNG project developed as a "downstream business activity" based on Law No. 22 of 2001, which enables separate development of upstream (feedstock gas supply) and downstream (LNG manufacturing) businesses
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Responsible for assisting in the planning and co-ordination of all training activities within the process (or non-process) section with the emphasis on development of junior technician

Represent Operation Manager in delivering the training material and coordinating with appointed vendor

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the development of Maintenance technicians in all job groups in the performance of routine and non-routine duties as defined by the shift manager
Maintains a thorough knowledge of current operational status of plant and equipment in the process section by reference to daily instructions, logbooks and shift changeover communications.
Checks the Maintenance technicians in the performance of their duties, and identify with the shift manager areas that need improvement and act on the plan.
Carries out safety checks, e.g. gas tests during the performance of maintenance activities.
Responsible for the training and development of Maintenance technicians to ensure that there is a good understanding of current QHSE, Plant Overview and familiarization, relevant maintenance and operating procedures/instructions.
Prepare in electronic format, training course materials to enhance vendor supplied course material
Assist in development of Maintenance OJT task lists
Assist in set-up and administration of a Competency Based System for O&M operators
Maintains training records of the trainees in his area
To execute and monitor all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) issues in the area of responsibility
May perform other duties as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education (State the minimum education needed to perform this job)
A minimum Diploma Graduate preferably Technical Diploma
Other Qualifications (Specific certification, courses and skills needed to perform this job)
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Experience (State the minimum job related experience needed - specify type and duration to perform this job)
Minimum 10 years preferably in maintenance area of which last 3 years in a senior maintenance (preferably) or senior maintenance position in LNG process area.
