POSITION DESCRIPTION

Daily: Country Manager and Regional Commercial Director

For operations: ASEAN Director of Development and ASEAN Advisor

Recurrent skype meetings, Monthly written reports

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement marketing / sales actions of the “Atout France ASEAN action plan”, dedicated to France Destination in Indonesia and other ASEAN markets, among the ones considered as primary markets (Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia).

Develop promotional activities on behalf of Atout France and Atout France members, dedicated to professionals (travel agencies, tour operators, media) such as organizing sales calls, preparing presentations, creating sales manual, organizing familiarization trips and professional trade shows.. in order to increase and diversify the programming of France destination.

Per market, set up an updated database of France selling local travel agencies with contacts and an updated database of art of living/culture, tourism local media with contacts.

Answer request for information and assistance from travel agents and media related to tourism in France

Liaise and work with services of the local French Embassy (appointed tourism correspondent)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Fluent Speaking and writing Bahasa Indonesia and English, with French being a strong advantage

With a 2 years tourism professional experience (hospitality, airline, travel agency industry)

Marketing and sales skills, interaction with PR agencies, corporate reps and travel agents

Practical, hands on and organized person with presentation skills
