Job Description
Our client provides an opportunity to develop gas reserves that have been stranded for many decades. The initiatives have come from Indonesia's national energy company together with international companies. Our client is the first Indonesian LNG project developed as a "downstream business activity" based on Law No. 22 of 2001, which enables separate development of upstream (feedstock gas supply) and downstream (LNG manufacturing) businesses

Ensure inspection of construction activities and EPC Contractor (JGC) in selected areas of NDT (Non Destructive Test) to maintain highest quality and good construction safety practices based on schedule and budget.
WORKING RELATIONSHIP
Internal :Engineering Department (Engineering Manager, Sr. Engineer – Civil, Mechanical, Instrument, Electrical, Process, HSE, Quality, Mechanical, Rotating and Tank). Construction Department (all TL, engineers and inspector - Civil, Mechanical, Instrument, Electrical, Process, HSE, Quality, Mechanical, Rotating and Tank, Paint/insulation)
External :EPC Contractor (JGC)
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct inspection on construction activities and supervise EPC Contractor (JGC) in selected areas of NDT (Non Destructive Test) to successfully complete the work on schedule and within budget.
Monitor and control NDT to ensure its well running without complaint and follow the procedures and meet the requirement.
Continuously monitoring, controlling and maintaining highest quality and administer good construction safety practices.
Review the test procedure and requirement.
Ensure the team members are ready to undertake test
Ensure all measurement test are passing the certification procedure as well as ready to follow procedure.
Prepare a test note and report, list of test requirement and certification procedure.
Implement QHSE regulation within his/her area of responsibility in order to minimize any possible risk and comply with company and government regulation
CHALLENGES
Convey the HSE message in such a way that it becomes part and parcel of the daily operation of the organization, including the contractors.
Ensure early construction work to proceed concurrently with but remotely from design work will be done safely and friendly to the environment and as per the approved design and plans.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Senior high school (SMA/STM) with significant fabrication and construction experience on major projects or Diploma in Engineering (mechanical, instrument, electrical).
Other Qualifications
Certified Welding Inspector
Certified NDT – RT Level II (preferable).
Familiar with relevant standard, code and practices for inspection
Familiar with Migas and documentation requirement
Experience
Twelve (12) years of experience for senior high school (SMA/STM) graduates or Seven (7) years of experience for Diploma graduates
Experienced in fabrication and construction of oil and gas pressure vessel, tank, piping and steel structure
Experience on large-scale site development and port construction projects (preferable)
