Job Description

Our client is a leading infrastructure and property developer with operations in Asia and in the Middle East Regions. It focuses on three core businesses in Engineering and Construction, Infrastructure Concessions and Property Development.


The Senior Manager is responsible to plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities of the Company to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as:

Employee Compensation


HR Policies

Employee Relations

Regulatory Compliance.


Strategic Responsibilities

Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes, covering multiple entities and projects.

Support line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements.

Provide employees with career and development opportunities and ensure that they are able to meet current and future performance standards

Identify and drive the communication and sharing of best practices across functions to facilitate continuous improvement

Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems.

Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline or its equivalent

Around 10 years of generalist HR experience with exposure in change management

Specific Skills / Abilities

Good communication & interpersonal skills

Sound knowledge of relevant legislations e.g. EA, EPF Act, Socso Act

Excellent leadership and influencing skills

Effective mentoring and motivational skills

Personal Qualities

Able to work independently, meticulous and systematic

Team player

Open to cultural change

Highly committed and motivated.
