This role focus is to serve the needs of customers, and maintain presence and ever improve relationship with customers. Also, continually explore the market places as set or defined by the organization.


Work with Distribution Manager and distributors to achieve set sales targets – annual business plan execution.

Identify key market opportunities for Bearing & Power Transmission products, and evaluate market potential.

Build and maintain communication and relationship with customers, gain full in-site into key end user accounts (install base, supply chain, competition, etc.) and present technical presentations and understand customer feedback, channel the feedback to engineering manager.

Build and promote company’s brand and image – penetrate B&PT product industrial market at end-user level.

Provide technical training to both distributors and end users (of current products and new products), and provide technical services and trouble shoot independently at end-user (mounting/dismounting, damage analysis, maintenance, creating customized solutions).

Work with both maintenance and purchase department of Distributor and end users.


Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Understanding of the industry we serve and aligned industries (Metals, Cement, Power Generation, Pulp & Paper, Mining, etc.)

Fundamental product knowledge – ability to read mechanical engineering drawings and suggest application recommendations.

Knowledge of who our competitors are plus market and competition situation feedback and up-date.

Experience in Distributor/Channel Management

Some regional (ASEAN) market knowledge and experience – ability to converse well in local language and English.
