Our Client is a leading multinational corporation in the construction industry with over 150,000 employees and represented in over 50 countries. They are the leading global producer and manufacturer of construction and building products and high-performance materials with an annual revenue of over EUR 35 billion. Our Client’s four business sectors are packaging, building distribution, construction products and innovative materials. Due to business expansion within Philippines, they are looking to invite an experienced sales professional within the Abrasives industry to join them as a Country Sales Manager in their Philippines operations.

The Country Sales Manager reports directly to the General Manager South East Asia and is responsible for providing sales leadership in the Abrasives Business Unit in Philippines. He/She would be in charge of increasing productivity in sales, provide profitable growth and drive strategic and tactical execution of the Business Unit.

•    Masters/Bachelors/Diploma in Chemical Engineering and/or other relevant disciplines

Experience & Technical Competencies:
•    Significant years of experience in direct sales and business development in B2B with proven track record
•    Strong knowledge or experience within industrial product sales
•    Abrasives background would be advantageous
•    Able to develop and successfully execute short to long term sales strategic plan to grow business
•    Experience in distribution management
•    Solid working experience in an MNC environment

•    Proficiency in English and Tagalog
•    Any other language would be advantageous
