Job Description

Our client is one of the leading suppliers in the area of industrial services.

With more than 1600 employees they serve automotive manufacturers and suppliers at nearly 40 different service locations in 20 cities around China.

They provide customized and fully integrated industrial solutions, including production equipment maintenance, facility services, technical cleaning, manufacturing support, wheel and tyre assembly, electrical & mechanical installation, dis-&reassembly, relocation and automation etc.

In last fiscal year the company growth rate of sales turnover reached at 43%.


Reports to: Head of Key Account Sales

Job Responsibilities:

Proactively explore and develop new and potential clients for the company. Conduct feasibility studies and market research on potential business;

Develop an aggressive sales action plan to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for new business targets;

Maintain the current client base and keep good relationship with existing clients;

Lead contract bidding and conduct company presentation to potential clients;

Conduct service cost analysis and negotiate the contract pricing with clients;

Cooperate with the Operations department for the handover of a new contract and follow up closely with the client.


3-5 years sales experience in multinational company, ideally in the automotive industry, service selling experience preferred

Solid Customer Relationship with Automotive Customers, High Level Contacts in GM or Ford in purchasing, maintenance, production and/or operations

Excellent negotiator with solid presentation and communication skills;

A self -starter and able to work against ambitious targets.

Good command of English (both written and oral)
