The chosen candidate will be business "Owner" of East China, with responsibilities from improving the operations efficiency, customer satisfaction, Operations income, and conducting the compliance management of East China operations.


1.    Business "Owner" of East China
2.    Improve the operations efficient, customer satisfaction, Operation income, and conduct the compliance management of East China
3.    In charge of the East China's employee engagement, talent development & coach the team;
4.    Maintain the Customer and community officials relations;
5.    Implement lean logistics and high quality standard initiatives;
6.    Involve in strategic commercial decisions.
7.    Ensure the safety regulations of East China


"    Knowledge
Bachelor Degree in Logistics Management, Business Admin, Business Management or related fields

"    Skills
o    Experience in Lean logistics and high global quality standards will be a plus
o    Strong leadership and interpersonal skills including the ability to influence at all levels
o    Strong client facing skills
o    Excellent collegial team building skills
o    Hands on and result oriented
o    Good organizational skills with proven ability of meeting deadlines
o    Ability to work well under pressure, and a flexible approach to a wide range of tasks
o    Ability to communicate across various levels within the organization
o    Proficient in English and Mandarin

"    Experience
Min 10 years working experience in related area of logistics Management Business. Preferred within Logistics Industry ie: 3PL
