Job Description

Our client is the worldwide leader in the production of dies, extrusions tools, machines for dies, extrusions tools, machines for die reconditioning and refurbishing services, with more 100 years of expertise and 6 manufacturing location all over the world.


The candidate selected for this position will report directly to the Company Director and he will work alongside the Operations and Financial Manager.


Manage, support and coordinate the work of the area sales managers

Lead a sales team of 5 people

Responsible for the direct sales process and key account

Define the yearly budget for sales, promotion and business trip expenses

Responsible of all the marketing activity in the Greater China market

Cooperate with production, finance, technical and after sales department

Deal and solve all the issue related to sales and marketing process

Define the sales strategy and target in order to raise the sales volume


Technical degree and/or MBA in Marketing (Preferred)

At least 6 years experience in B2B environment in the Chinese Market

Strong sales and key account development experience

Several years of proven experience in leading a sales team. The ideal candidate has to have the capacity to lead, coordinate and motivate the sales team in order to increase the sales volume and determinate the Company growth in Chinese Market

Relevant experience in technical sales (technical presentation of the product during the selling process)

At least 2 years experience in Marketing (has to be familiar with the marketing process)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to cooperate successfully with the company’s departments’ manager

Good command of English in speaking, writing and reading

Understanding of cable wire, copper wire and steel wire industry is a plus, however is not a must.
