POSITION DESCRIPTION
Report to: Head of Textile Specialties
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible:
Develops strategies and objectives regarding to sales development, new business opportunities and maintain present customer satisfaction.
Solving customer’s technical problem in coordination with account executive respectively and in case of needed further and deeper technical works coordinate also with BU Head
Assist BU Textile/Sales & Marketing manager in evaluating technical development and promotion material
Transfer and promote new technical development to other marketing staff
To propose Annual Business development in Nationwide and review quarterly based.
Customers development of Global projects (A&I projects) in parallel.
Maintain beneficial relationship with customers.
Complete other duties assigned by the superior.
As an Account Executive for Business Development for Fibre & Printing market.
To control A/R for customers payment for Business Development area.
Follow ESHA Company Indonesia guideline.
POSITIONÂ REQUIREMENTS
Excellent in English
Bachelor Degree in Technical, Chemistry, or Textile Degree
Sound understanding of Textile industry (products, market, customers)
At least 5 - 10 years Sales Management function
