Job Description

Our Client is a global manufacturer of textiles for the mattress industry with manufacturing in 8 countries around the world. They are committed to becoming the world leader in mattress textiles. They are a designer and manufacturer of woven and knitted mattress fabrics along with mattress covers and solutions for the mattress industry.


To perform Human Resources management functions, from manpower planning, resourcing, retention, developing, employee relations, industrial relationship, reward management to support business and comply with regulation.

Direct Report to: Managing Director


Execute relevant HR initiatives and programs in the areas of resourcing, talent development & retention, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, performance improvement

Be the focal person in managing industrial relationship, including human resource activities toward our owned blue collar workers as well as outsourced workers

Be the voice of employees towards the management team and vice versa. Ensure people issues and concerns are identified, prioritized, and attended to. Areas of focus may vary from time to time depending on the real situations

Provide expertise, support and coaching to line managers in the following, in alignment with regional practices and standards:

Organizational structure

Learning & development: learning analysis, learning & development plans, training programs

e-sourcing : vendor management, candidate attraction, recruitment & selection tools

Talent development: high potential list, retention solutions, succession plans, career counseling, career path

Performance Improvement: performance appraisals, performance improvement plan

Compensation & Benefits: salary survey, salary review, PBVP scheme and application

Facilitate change programs and team interventions where necessary

Provide people analytics (e.g. Employee retention rates, hiring velocity, headcount, organization design and structure, high‐potential and watch list candidates) as required by the Managing Director.

Be main coordinator to Admin team, which is a shared function with other business units


Bachelor Education minimum

Excellent English

Management level min. 5 years
