Job Description

Headquartered in Malaysia, our client is a MNC that specializes in manufacturing of natural-based chemicals.


This position reports directly to the Director of Sales. He/she is responsible for the strategic planning, brand management and inventory planning of home personal wellness products. Areas of coverage are Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and China.


Creating sales strategy for each segment (e.g. Hair & Body Care; Skin Care; Hospital; Institutional & Industrial; etc.) and ensuring its implementation.

Developing category sales plans and ensuring an effective demand & supply as well as a strong sales operations infrastructure in order to ensure smooth regional operation.

Exploring possibility of opening new markets, expansion of business & areas of development.

Manage and grow existing base of business while developing new customers within the distribution market.


Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Technical Degree with solid background in Sales & Marketing of personal care product lines.

Chemical sales, technical service, applications engineering or product development experience within Home Personal Wellness is preferred.

Minimum 5 years of sales experiences within the fine/specialty chemicals or chemical distribution industries.
