Job Description








Plan, organize and supervise comprehensive procurement function, process, and strategy in order to ensure item procured are compliance with mandated requirements and regulation.






Establish, maintain, and evaluate bid-tender process and contracts in order to ensure selection of suppliers/vendor adequacy compliance within determined standard (specification, criteria, delivery time, delivery system, acquisition cost, etc.) and regulatory requirements.


Represent the company in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers or vendors in order to secure items and/or services within budget and compliance with regulatory requirements.


Coordinate activities of Buyer; Import and Procurement Support Officer; Strategic Sourcing Officer in order to ensure procured items and/or services within budget and compliance with regulatory requirements.


Research term and contracts, financing scheme, supplier/vendor, payment method, delivery method, regulations, and relevance issues, including evaluation of new products for the purpose of analyzing information to determine product and/or service need and availability as necessary delivery performance achieved.


Assure the evaluation of vendors’ performance is conducted regularly and assure the maintaining of the vendor master is also conducted periodically (at least once a year).


Resolve supplier or vendor grievances and claims in order to secure positive relationships between the company and them.


Implement QHSE regulation within his/her area of responsibility in order to minimize any possible risk and comply with company and government regulation.


Coach and develop subordinates in his/her area of responsibility in order to ensure they have the skills & capability in performing more effective & efficient work within the organization.







Bachelor degree in any discipline.


Possess experience in procurement and/or contract administration and management; or 5 to 8 in managerial exposure. Preferably in energy sector.
