Job Description


Monitor, review and control of the company’s compensation, benefit programs and administration activities to support the company’s objectives. In order to get internal equity and external market competitiveness and compliances align with company’s policies & pertinent laws and regulations


Manage, supervise and eensure the process of payroll and C&B documents updating in the system to meet the deadlines and all process is properly approved in accordance with existing policies and procedures.

Ensure and supervise activities related to benefits and personnel administration matters to include but not limited to JAMSOSTEK, Vacation Allowance, Overtime, Corporate Bonus, Employees Loan Program, and other related activities.

Develop recommendation on improvements of employee’s compensation and benefits policy and procedure to ensure company’s level of competitiveness within market is maintained.

Ensure the rrecommended job grading structure for the company based on aaccountable Job Evaluation process.

Ensure and prepare proposal of all compensation and benefits related package for the management’s review and approval.

Manage and review the daily Company administration process such as travel administration, insurance, employee administration database and leave entitlement.

Calculate and propose potential budget plan within his/ her area of responsibility in order to ensure all calculation is made timely, efficiently, and support the development of work unit budget

Coach and develop subordinates in his/her area of responsibility in order to ensure they have the skills & capability in performing more effective & efficient work within the organization.


Bachelor degree in any discipline. Preferable Accounting and Mathematics Major.

5 to 8 years’ experience in compensation & benefit/payroll in oil and gas sector.
